Why Choose XircOn for Your Practice?

Shock Absorbance
Full monolithic zirconia bridges require 12-15 mm of bone reduction. XircOn dental prosthesis require only 7-8 mm.
Better Long-Term Implant Health
Because of XircOn’s improved flexure and biocompatibility, loading forces on implants are greatly reduced, which aids in their long-term health.
Extreme Durability
XircOn All-on-4’s have the same strength as full monolithic zirconia, but due to their flexure, they are less likely to break.
Enhanced Cosmetics
Every XircOn smile is a work of art. Teeth, gums and papilla can be characterized to near perfection for lifelike results.
Comfortable Yet Strong
The base of each XircOn restoration is made from a very durable high-performance biocompatible polymer, which has been used for decades to fabricate orthopedic medical prostheses.
The teeth are made from best-in-class multi-layered Prettau zirconia, which allows patients to confidently chew on regular foods without any fear of breakage.
Additionally, the polymers used have great flexure and work as natural shock absorbers, resulting in a soft bite for the patient. This flexure mimics the periodontal ligaments that attach natural teeth to the jawbone, which are lost when teeth are removed. XircOn Ultimate feels as close as possible to natural teeth and are significantly more comfortable when compared with monolithic zirconia.

Shock Absorbance

Full monolithic zirconia bridges require 12-15 mm of bone reduction. XircOn dental prosthesis require only 7-8 mm of restorative space. This comes in handy when you want to be ultra conservative with your bone reduction or whenever you are restoring a case that did not receive enough bone reduction for monothlic zirconia

Better Long-Term Implant Health

Because of XircOn’s improved flexure and biocompatibility, loading forces on implants are greatly reduced, which aids in their long-term health. This is especially useful when treating the severely atrophic maxilla where load management of the implants is imperative for long term implant success

Elimination of Ti Bases with our XircOn Screw

Any experience with All on X cases will prove that Ti base debonding and other issues can be a serious headache for the restoring dentist for long term management and follow up for All On X cases. Our proprietary XircOn Screw removes the Ti-base from the equation allowing up to 20 degrees of angled correction direct to multi-unit.

Introducing the NeW Rosen Screw

No Ti-base depending
Direct to Multi-unit
20 degrees prosthetic range
No screw loosening
Any experience with All on X cases will prove that Ti base de-bonding and other issues with the Ti base can be a serious headache for the restorative dentist. Our proprietary M.I. Srew removes the Ti-base from the equation allowing up to 20 degrees of angled correction straight to the multi-unit abutment allowing for a wide range of prosthetic capabilities without dealing with any de-bonding issues. When an MI screw is placed in a Xircon prosthesis direct to multi-unit inside the Flex High-Performance bar, any screw loosening becomes nearly impossible. The flexure of the bar conforms to the shape of the screw locking it into place compared to a stiff and rigid zirconia prosthetic.
